Projects will be\nare proposed to be awarded on the basis of rotation, with the opportunity to run a mini competition process, should it be required.\nThe primary objective of the Client is to create sustainable relationships while increasing\nflexibility and agility when commissioning new projects. Additional information: The estimated Framework value represents the total value of contracts which may be awarded via this Framework.  There is no guarantee of work under this Framework.  The Framework length is 4 years (48 months), with an option to extend for an additional 2 years (24 months), giving a total potential Framework period of 6 years (72 months).\nThe framework is being procured by the authority for its own use.
