Published requirement descriptionSalisbury NHS Foundation Trust, working with Consultus International UK (The Energy Brokers) Limited [Consultus] are seeking to establish a new four year framework agreement starting 1/10/2022 with suppliers for the provision of Electricity and Gas with Consultus acting as an intermediary to buy these products on the wholesale market on behalf of NHS Trusts, Universities and Local Authorities organisations within England, Wales and Scotland. Please note the specification meets the requirements of all current Consortia members and enables flexibility for future members.

The change has been brought about due to Scottish Power exiting the I&C market and no longer quoting new business.

In accordance with Regulation 86 and 87 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, this contracting authority will incorporate a minimum of 10 calendar day standstill period starting from the day information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. The Public Contracts Regulations provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
