Following further review, the Council determined that the proposed framework route was no longer appropriate due to the associated commercial and cost implications. Accordingly, the Council has elected to proceed with a direct award under its Contract Procedure Rules. This notice supersedes the previous notice in its entirety and reflects the Council's final procurement approach.
