Lot awarding rule: The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous quotation based on the following criteria: Quality - 60% Assessed on relevant experience, proposed methodology, team expertise, understanding of the brief, and ability to meet timescales. Price - 40% Evaluated on overall cost and value for money. The supplier with the highest combined quality and price score will be awarded the contract.
