    Warwickshire Police operates a fleet of vehicles to support its operational activities. We have had the same externally sourced arrangement for maintenance of the fleet for a number of years. We are now considering our future options and wish to explore the market to understand what alternative providers could service our requirement in future. We would therefore like to invite potential suppliers to provide a summary of their relevant experience in this field. This exercise is purely for the purpose of information gathering in order to inform the procurement strategy going forward. It should be noted that we are particularly interested in potential providers who can demonstrate experience in the emergency services sector. It should be noted that should a tender procedure be conducted, a full specification of service requirements would be provided within the tender documentation. Further details and Questionnaire to complete are in document set on EU Supply. Please see link to EU Supply to access RFI. This RFI closes 12:00 midday local time on 19th October 2023. Additional information: This is a scoping exercise to inform procurement strategy, the date of estimated publication of contract notice is completely estimated and there are no guarantees of any future procurement being conducted.
