Evolve Facility Services are seeking suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the delivery of responsive repairs and void property works for two years with an optional two further periods of one year, at Evolve's sole discretion.
The tender is divided into two lots;
Lot 1 covers Carlisle, Workington, Barrow and South Lakes, however there may be opportunity for further works outside of this area on an adhoc basis.
Lot 2 covers Workington, Barrow and South Lakes, only, however there may be opportunity for further works outside of this area on an adhoc basis.
