Coverage: 7 active published awards; 6 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Procedure rationaleTime constraints with waste service impending following cancellation of the Waste Contract and new in-house service from 3 October 2022.
A maintenance agreement must be in place before operations start. Without full maintenance being in place, there is a risk that we will be unable to operate vehicles. If vehicles are not maintained properly there is also a large H&S risk and potential repercussions are massive. |
