Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 109 active published awards; 79 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) propose to re-certify 300 Powered Respirator Protective Suits (PRPS) purchased from Respirex International The existing 300 PRPS were introduced as part of the New Dimensions Programme as part of a UK-wide approach. Re-certifying the PRPS will align SFRS current requirements with the wider requirements of UK Fire and Rescue Services thereby ensuring compatibility of equipment with the wider UK Fire and Rescue Services in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding with Centre for National Resilience (CNR) approved by the SFRS Strategic Leadership Team in November 2015. This will ensure that there is no compromise in mutual-aid agreements with the wider UK Fire and Rescue Services thereby ensuring that the cross-border response to Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) incidents is not compromised. Re-certifying these PRPS will allow SFRS to continue to observe National Operational Guidelines (NOG) for UK National Resilience arrangements.
