Middlesbrough Borough Council (the Authority) is seeking to establish contracts with suitable contractors for specified areas of our Planned Preventative Maintenance programme along with any associated remedial works to our operational and commercial estate

    This event was previously published under PCR2015. Due to a change in tender portal this is now being issued under PA23.

    Suppliers were asked to complete a questionnaire detailing the trades disciplines they can meet and to provide some company information. A review of feedback received has been carried out and a proposed Lotting structure issued. A further review of feedback on the Lotting structure is in process with a view to issue the revised Lotting structure and the proposed specification prior to publication of the Above Threshold procurement.
