The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 9th March 2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR. The successful provider achieved the highest overall score. The decision to award this contract was ratified on 23rd February 2026 by NHS Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board (ICB) Strategic Commissioning and Transformation Committee. All panel members completed and signed a declaration of conflicts of interest and confidentiality agreement. Conflicts of Interest were managed via the ICB Corporate Governance process, and no Conflicts of Interest were identified in relation to wheelchair services.
