This Lot is for Basildon Borough Council The indicative annual forecasted tonnage for this Lot is: Lot 1 Basildon Borough Council – 46,000 tonnes The successful contractor (s) Waste Transfer Station(s) must include but not be limited to weighbridge facilities, hard standing area and welfare facilities during the life of this contract. For all three Lots, the tipped waste must be transferred, at the cost of the Waste Transfer Station’s operator, to Bellhouse Landfill Site Warren Lane, Stanway Colchester Essex CO3 0NN in accordance with the contract run by Essex County Council, which covers the disposal costs. During the life of the contract the successful Contractor(s) may be requested to transfer waste to a different disposal site. The Council may require the option to tip Food Waste at the WTS throughout the life of the contract for this Lot. This tipped food waste should be kept separate from any residual waste.
