- This tender process shall follow a three stage process:- Stage one - Selection Stage - pass / fail and scored questions Stage Two and Three - Award Stage Cost 20% / Quality 80% - scored Questions The quality aspect will be divided into categories consisting of: Social Value 10% Tender Response 10% Interview 45% Case Study 15% Stage Two - Tender Response 10% / Social Value 10% / Pricing 20% Stage Three - Interview 45% / Case Study 15% Minimum level(s) of standards required: Providers must pass all pass / fail questions and achieve a score of 6 or above for any scored questions to proceed to Stage Two Providers must achieve a score of 6 or above for any scored tender response question to proceed to Stage Three Full details of the evaluation process are detailed in the initiation tender documents (ITT)
