Payment obligations depend on the applicable regime and contract. Consult the official documents.
Coverage: 2 active published awards; 2 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

ABUHB, Mental Health and Learning Disabilities (MH/LD) division commissioned Campbell Tickell to carry out a needs analysis in 2021 which recommended that supported living options were increased across the region for individuals with ASD/LD. As a result, ABUHB has worked alongside First Choice Housing Association to develop this bespoke accommodation. The development will allow individuals to have their own tenancy, where their care and support needs are personalised and can increase or decrease depending on the needs and outcomes of those that live there. The Health Board is seeking a care provider who can support the health and social care needs of the individuals who will reside within the service. The purpose of the service is the provision of a service for two tenants with a learning disability residing within the ABUHB area.
