- Change The Scottish Police Authority (known as “the Authority”) requires to increase the current contact value. — Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: The existing contract value is being increased to allow the current requirement to continue while the replacement procurement is in progress. The modification is required to maintain continuity of supply pending the award and implementation of the replacement contract. The modification does not extend the contract term or materially alter the nature or scope of the existing contract and is being made in accordance with Regulation 72 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
