Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) is seeking to award a contract for the Provision of Gutter Cleaning Services. SBHA intend to award a Contract for two (2) years with the opportunity to extend for a further two (2) x 12 month periods. The Service is expected to commence in August 2023.
