The Authority has a requirement to place a 4 year Framework Agreement for The Provision of English Language Training for Special Purposes (Technical), including General English Language, Maths and Science Training for International Students. Only supplier's who meet the minimum levels of capacity and capability of the PQQ will be invited to tender.
