Published justification

The preference for a direct award to Dell for Cyber Vault security is legally and technically justified due to the absolute necessity of maintaining compatibility with the organisation’s existing infrastructure. Introducing an alternative vendor into this established ecosystem would require custom APIs and third-party middleware, which could result to unacceptable operational issues and system vulnerabilities.
