The aims of the service are:
To provide a variety of group activities in the community, support on an individual basis as well as peer support for those who are at risk of reaching crisis point and who are subject to social isolation.
Providing a service which supports the needs of those in, at the risk of, or at the point of a social/emotional crisis
Act as a conduit to identify, broker, and signpost individuals to other help and support agencies as needed
