Provision of Chartered Surveyors Services to assist with compulsory purchase and land take issues associated with the A511 MRN Growth Corridor Scheme

To continue to allow Bruton Knowles to support the

A511 MRN Project. This will include leading on

compulsory purchase and land take issues, provide

advice and support by attending meetings as and

when required, to provide HMLR and OS data

refresh, arrange and negotiate licences, negotiate

permanent land take, provide ad hoc property

advice, prepare plans, erect and service notices,

provide refresh on the PCE as required on

agreements with landowners, support contractor(s)

with landowners during construction of the scheme

and negotiate claims following the completion of

the work.
