    Lot 3 is live-in care which is care that is provided around the clock by one care worker or a team of carer workers where the care worker lives with the customer in their home. This provides constant assurance that the customer is accompanied to ensure safety. This service does not require the care worker to be providing personal care continuously, as part of the service is to be a constant presence to ensure the safety of the customer. It is appropriate that the care worker is provided with a bed and private area to sleep however they will be expected to wake up when the customer needs assistance. Such interruptions should not normally occur more than twice per night.

    Lot 4 - Rounds Provision
