Published requirement descriptionThe provision of Tree Maintenance services covers Council owned trees within the boundaries of the London Borough of Hillingdon including;
- Parks and Open Spaces,
- Woodlands,
- Housing estates,
- Tenant's gardens
- Trees on Highways and,
- Social Services establishments.
The provision of tree maintenance, will include, but is not necessarily restricted to;
- Pruning,
- Felling,
- Stump removal,
- 24 hour per day, 365/7 days per year emergency call out duties,

The Contract is for an initial term of three (3) years with an extendable option for a period of up to two (2) years, giving a total of five (5) years (the Term).

This Preliminary Market Engagement ('PME') Notice is being published in advance of a future procurement and contract for a Borough wide routine and reactive Tree Maintenance Service on behalf of the London Borough of Hillingdon ('the Council').
Interested bidders are asked to email Hillingdon at, [email protected] to request a copy of a questionnaire to complete and to return to the same email address Please use the reference 'Tree Maintenance - UK2: Preliminary market engagement Notice' when requesting and submitting the questionnaire.
Completed questionnaires are to be returned no later than 17:00pm, Friday 20th March 2026.
Following are a review of the completed questionnaire, supplier meetings may take place.
