The requirements form a single Lot. Potential Suppliers are sought that can supply the entirety of the contract.

The scope is:

Supply and implementation of software covering all aspects of housing operations
Provision of qualified project and technical resource to deliver the solution
Implementation services to support WH's drive for process optimisation and provision of interfaces to other systems
Support and maintenance of the solution including hosting services
Ongoing development of the software.

Ideally, WH expects to procure:

A ‘Commercial off the Shelf’ product set
A single ‘look and feel’ UI
A system that is easy to use and navigate
A solution with a single, modern ‘technical architecture’
Web services integration capabilities
Integration with Microsoft’s Office365
Capabilities that enable WH to build workflows.

Extensions: WH requires the option to purchase additional 'modules' (systems capability) in the future as these are developed by the successful provider · Worthing Homes Ltd will initially enter into a contract for 5 years.
