The client organisations were looking to appoint a single supplier to provide an integrated E-Learning Experience / E-Learning Management System capable of delivering E-Learning via multiple mediums, minimising back-office activity and facilitating an all-Wales approach to the delivery, receipt and

sharing of learning across Welsh local authorities and participating partner organisations.

The Services to be provided by the Supplier under contract include:

a) LMS licencing and hosting

b) Implementation, integration and training

c) Support, maintenance and development

d) Account management

The supplier has been sourced via Lot 2 - Cloud Software of Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud13 Framework.

Delivery: Wales · The Services will be delivered to all Buyers via cloud hosting sites and at any location from or to which Buyers services are required.
Extensions: This is a collaborative call-off award whereby, in addition to the 'Buyers' listed at 1.2 of this notice, the following organisations are included as named future buyers, who reserve the ability to call of the contracted services during the contract term: 1. Publisher note: The procurement has been progressed following a sourcing exercise within lot 2 - Cloud Software, of Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud13 Framework, which has been let in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations. As per the established Framework, a technical search was undertaken, which returned a single supplier.
