Project and Programme Management Services/PRO/PIN/2022

The Open University (OU) will require the provision of a range of project and programme management services and intends to contract more than one provider, to secure an appropriate level of expertise in the market. The OU is looking to establish a multi provider flexible framework that enables the OU to buy in specialist expertise and capability around project, programme and change management on a call-off basis at pre-agreed rates.
