        "description": "The scope of this agreement will be:\nUnited Utilities have a requirement for the design, procurement, installation and commissioning activities associated with Electric Vehicle Charging Points (EVCPs) of any types, and shall be read in conjunction with the supported documents enclosed within the tender documents.\nThe EVCPs will be installed at a list of prioritised locations.
