This notice is for the Direct Award to the most suitable provider for the Primary Care Element of the GP Youth Clinic, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, Provider Selection Regime Most Suitable provider process.
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
This notice is placed to set out Lewisham Council's award of contract under the Direct Award Process C of the Provider Selection Regime.
The total contract value will be £352,068 for the duration of the contract. The contract will be for a period of 1 year and an option to extend up 2 years to test and develop the model.
