Coverage: 106 active published awards; 90 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
IWC require an asset register to meet the statutory requirements for the council, as a Lead Local Flood Authority (LLFA) under Section 21 of the Flood and Water Management Act (2010). Section 21 of the Act states that: A Lead Local Flood Authority must establish and maintain: • a register of structures or features which, in the opinion of the authority, are likely to have a significant effect on a flood risk in its area, and • a record of information about each of those structures or features, including information about ownership and state of repair. A risk based approach will be taken to identify structures or features for inclusion within the LLFA, including identification of which features the LLFA considers to have a significant impact on flood risk in its area
