What is being bought
Peterborough City Council (PCC) is undertaking a Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise to inform the future commissioning of specialist respite provision for adults aged 18 to 65, including transition age young adults (18-25). This includes people with:
· Learning disabilities
· Autism
· Mental health needs
· Complex behaviours and support needs
This PME is intended to:
· Test market appetite, feasibility and delivery models
· Understand timescales, costs, risks and barriers
