All information submitted will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties.\nResponses should be submitted via the Council’s designated electronic tender portal https://www.kentbusinessportal.org.uk by 10:00 BST on 29th May 2026. \nFollowing receipt of completed questionnaires, the Council’s Project Team may invite developers to attend a meeting, during which further details regarding Ashford’s vision for the Redevelopment will be shared. These meetings, designed to facilitate discussion based on the responses provided, are expected to take place during June 2026."
