Coverage: 24 active published awards; 24 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The Authorities current have contracts in place which end in 2025. The Authorities are already seeing the benefits of Hybrid Mail which allow them to print, post and deliver letters and correspondence. The current solutions also allow for bulk mailings i.e large print batches of post or mail items to a large number of different recipients. Some of the functionality that is currently used within the Authorities are: - end-to-end data and print services by handling data files in a variety of formats using secure file transfer protocols, writing print routines and overlays for fixed and variable data to fully automate data and print processing. - Providing data matching technology to handle personalised mailings and leaflet inserts. - Litho and digital printing capabilities - Ability to send text only data streams in differing formats - Ability to send adhoc emails/sms to customers without then signing up to the service permanently and ability to opt out completely from email/sms delivery - Ability to obtain management reports of success of email/sms delivery If you are able to provide hybrid mail solutions to cover ad-hoc and bulk mail please email a brief summary of your functionality and related additional services to procurement@denbighshire.gov.uk by Friday 17th May 2024. The Authorities will be looking to invite suppliers to demonstrate at a later date. Note: We are only seeking engagement with suppliers who can already provide Hybrid Mail including ad-hoc and bulk mailings. We are not looking to establish a development relationship with suppliers.Contract periodNot publishedEligibilityNot publishedOptions / renewalNot published
