Out of Hours (OOH) General Medical Services (GMS) to Powys patients (excluding patients registered with Ystradgynlais Medical Practice)
OOH medical cover at PTHB community hospitals (excluding Ystradgynlais Community Hospital)
Additional services as detailed below, required in hours and OOH as specified.

The OOH period is 6.30pm to 8am Monday to Thursday, 6.30pm Friday to 8am Monday, and all day public/bank holidays
