What is being bought

We are looking for a Supplier to: Objective 1: Build understanding of Ukraine’s national and sub-national political economy under wartime conditions and the post-war transition. Objective 2: Build understanding of national and sub-national level political economy incentives and constraints affecting delivery of the UK’s ODA portfolio (focused on: humanitarian, economic recovery and energy, fiscal, social recovery, security and stabilisation, and reform).
