Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

The Department for the Economy (DfE) is preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with a Supplier to carry out an update to a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) that was completed by AECOM and Metoc in 2012 to address the potential effects that the development of offshore wind and marine renewables (tidal and wave) could have on the NI coastal and marine environment and other marine users and make recommendations for informing the development of the Offshore Renewable Energy Strategic Action Plan (ORESAP) for the period 2012-2020 . The updated SEA will be used to inform the development of a new Offshore Energy Action Plan under the auspices of the emerging Northern Ireland Energy Strategy.
