Coverage: 14 active published awards; 14 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
This Contract is for provision of a person-centred, trauma-informed, support service for families arriving in Oxford via government recognised Refugee Resettlement Schemes. The council has committed to resettling 8 families per year for the next five years. This service will be entirely dependent upon Home Office grant funding and the ability to secure suitable and financially sustainable private rented properties within the city boundary. Due to the dependencies above, there will be an annual viability review to ensure that the programme is on track with its target commitment.
