Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust ("the Trust") is undertaking Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) pursuant to the Procurement Act 2023 to inform the development of a proposed EsFor further detatates & Facilities Dynamic Market.

The Trust wishes to engage with suppliers of varying sizes, including SMEs, VCSEs, regional providers, specialist contractors and national organisations, to seek feedback on the proposed structure, accessibility and operation of the Dynamic Market.

This engagement forms part of the Trust's market analysis and procurement planning activities and is not a call for competition.

Participation in this engagement exercise will not confer any advantage or disadvantage in any future procurement process.
