Due to timeline restricted funding and requirement to be commenced urgently to achieve initial assessments prior to 31st March 2026 the most suitable procurement route would be Direct award from Framework.

- Change Modification to an existing contract Ref: SBU-COFANC-61870, the changes to contract are recorded against Ref: SBU-CCN-002-AM-26 and are as follows: 1) Increase of maximum contract value by 50% Initial contract value 163,240.00 Additional value added 81,620.00 New contract value 244,860.00 2) Increase of contract term by 50% Initial contract term 12months Additional contract term added 6months New contract term 18months, Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: Due to unforeseen increase in service requirement and urgency to address the matter, the quickest and most appropriate route would be to modify an existing contract to the incumbent provider. This would be to increase the existing contract value and period. Conducting a new procurement process would not satisfy the requested timeline and potentially result in increased costs through alternative provider and new service set up costs.
