This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR Wales.’ The proposed provider has satisfied similar contracts providing outsourcing of histology samples processing and or reporting for Swansea Bay University Health Board.(according to the detail outlined in those contracts, and when taken into account the key criteria and applying the basic selection criteria) and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard (taking into account the key criteria and applying the basic selection criteria) Decision maker: Richard Pryce Associate Service Group Director Surgical and Specialist Services. No providers were excluded from the procurement process, although this was a direct award call off framework without a competition. There were no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of individuals making the decision at any point during the procurement process.
