Publisher note: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, Direct Award Process A. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act Regulations 2023 do not apply to this award. Approval was given to award the contracts on 13 November 2024 and the contracts were awarded on 01 April 2025. The decision to award was approved through the NHS England Yorkshire & Humber Commissioning Management Group, chaired by Head of Co-Commissioning, NHS England North East and Yorkshire. All involved in the process completed a conflict of interest declaration and no potential conflicts were identified.
