    This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally modified to extend the value by £200,000. As confirmed in the previous notices, there were no conflict of interests recorded and the award criteria was used to measure the current contract delivery, performance and suitability alongside the supplier's ability to continue to deliver the requirement meeting a high standard developing the service and its users to help reduce health inequalities, providing quality and innovation within the digital healthcare space to achieve effective solutions for fast, easy to access care for all patients without discrimination due to location, ability to travel and patient availability.This is a waiting list initiative so the supplier will be providing fast treatment plans to helpclear the waiting lists which held to provide an element of choice for the patient to receivean online (via the supplier) or an in person programme (via the Trust).The supplier was assessed against all 5 key criteria including value, integration,collaboration and service sustainability as well as Social Value.The contract begins from the 23/03/2026 remains in place until the 22/03/2028 for a 24 month period.
