Authority: West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Authority (Police & fire)
What is being bought
Published requirement descriptionWest Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (WYFRS) is seeking information to understand the available solutions that support candidate assessment and selection as part of a wider recruitment and talent acquisition process. This may include but not limited to, online psychometric, behavioural and aptitude assessment tools that enable employers to evaluate candidates' potential, workplace behaviours, learning agility and suitability for specific roles.
Suppliers who can provide the above are invited to email their expression of interest to [email protected] by Monday 26th October, and if possible, provide the following information:
• Main contact name, email, and phone number for follow-up communication.
• Any frameworks you are currently associated with.
• Link to your website including a link to any available demonstration
• Any additional comments or feedback based on the information provided.
Please note that this request for information (RFI) is not a call for competition. At this time a procurement exercise has yet to be determined. Further confirmation will follow regarding the intention of WYFRS regarding this solution.
WYFRS reserve the right to discuss requirements with any supplier beyond this initial notice before any competitive tender process is undertaken.
We also recommend that you register with the West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service's E-Procurement system, 'In-tend,' at the following link https://sell2.in-tend.co.uk/blpd/register . This will ensure that if a competitive tender procedure is undertaken, you will already have access to the documentation once live.
