Publisher note: This framework was put in place with an initial duration of 4 years plus an optional extension period of 3, 12 month periods (4 + 1 +1 +1). Please note that the option to extend has been utilised and the the end date of this framework is confirmed as being 31/03/2027. Lots 1,2,3 and 4 have had an extension from 23/01/2027 to 31/03/2027 to align with the new framework RM6320 Construction Works and Associated Services 3 including ProCure 24 (CWAS3) start date. This extension is to make sure GCA aligns with the new framework RM6320 Construction Works and Associated Services 3 including ProCure 24 (CWAS3) start date. This will ensure we meet our customer requirements by having no gap to service provision of Offsite Construction requirements. This was due to the slight delay in launching the ITT and subsequently the award and mobilisation will be pushed forward. The value provided in Section II.1.7 is only an estimate. Please be aware that the total framework value was originally awarded for £10,000,000,000.00 and this figure reduced to £9,515,000,000.00 when Lot 6 ceased. A key aspect is the reduction in the number of security classifications used. All bidders were required to make themselves aware of the changes as it may impact this requirement. Government is taking steps to reduce the levels of cyber security risk in its supply chain through the Cyber Essentials scheme. The scheme defines a set of controls which, when implemented, will provide organisations with basic protection from the most prevalent forms of threat coming from the internet.
