      "statusDetails": "Following completion of the evaluation process and subsequent internal review of the procurement, the Council has identified issues regarding the structure of the pricing model and the financial evaluation methodology used within the procurement documents.\nIn particular, the Council has concluded that the pricing mechanism contained within the procurement documents does not adequately reflect the Council's current requirements. Therefore, the Council can no longer be satisfied that the pricing submissions received are capable of being evaluated in a manner that appropriately reflects the Council's requirements or demonstrates best value.\nHaving carefully considered the available options, the Council has determined that these issues are sufficiently fundamental that they cannot be addressed within the current procurement process.\nAccordingly, the Council has decided to abandon the procurement with immediate effect and will not proceed to contract award under the current competition.\nThe Council intends to review and redesign the commercial and financial elements of its requirements and, subject to internal approvals, expects to commence a new procurement process in due course. Details of any future opportunity will be published in the usual manner.",

    "description": "The Integrated Neighborhood model aims to deliver holistic, community-based care that promotes independence and wellbeing for adults with physical disabilities. Within this framework, Occupational Therapy (OT) plays a critical role in enabling individuals to live independently by providing timely assessments and interventions tailored to their functional needs.The Occupational Therapy Service will support the delivery of assessments for adults with physical disabilities and or low-level dementia, with the aim of promoting independence.\nThe Occupational Therapy service will include, but is not limited to: \n•\tAssessment of adults with physical disabilities to promote independence.\n•\tComplete at least up to 40 cases; aborted cases will be replaced to reach this total.\n•\tIn the event cases do not amount to 40 in that month, the difference will be carried over to the following month.\n•\tIn-person assessments are required.\nAfter the initial 40 cases, additional referrals will be made in agreed-upon batches. Providers must supply a valid reason for any cancelled, aborted, or terminated case and, where requested, provide supporting evidence. No payment will be made for cancelled, aborted, or terminated cases where the reason for cancellation is attributable to the provider or their staff.",
