The aim of the Service is to support YPO in reducing employee sickness absence, address the causes of work-related ill health and promote general employee wellbeing.

The Service will help to ensure YPO meets its statutory and corporate duties and supports YPO's ambitions of promoting a safe and healthy workplace and workforce
