7 Force Commercial on behalf of Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Police are inviting you to attend an open discussion to aid us in modelling a potential outsourcing of Occupational Health.
In light of current Covid concerns we have taken the decision to hold this event online via team’s invitation on Monday 24th January between 1pm to 4pm.
If you are interested in supplying the forces with occupational health services we would like to discuss with you our vison for future force services and how this could impact the market our current and future supply chain. This is an open forum where you can ask us anything and offer advice should you wish.

Potential services to be included such as; Transactional services - preemployment assessment, health screening, assessment and surveillance, trauma assessment and support (EMDR), management referrals, Injury on Duty. Added value or optional service provision - Covid support, critical incident response, wider preventative or clinical psychological and physiological services (including physiotherapy/personal training etc), support at local Force governance meetings (sickness/clinical/fit to proceed), support for local or collaborated wellbeing activities (wellbeing champions), Hep B, BBV, training, management support, review of health and support, proactive interventions, GOLD group attendance etc. You are encouraged to book 1-2-1 appointments (10-minute time slots), with key personnel to discuss your views based on the vision of the outsourcing or anything else you feel necessary.
