Coverage: 48 active published awards; 48 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
We are seeking to appoint a supplier to build us a new website that will accommodate content from both of our existing websites, and support the development and delivery of the programme going forwards. We would also like the supplier to create new functionality for the website and the user experience, so that we can build greater engagement with our users and have clear goals across the site. The supplier will also be required to support our staff with training on the functionality of the site and CMS.
