PSD Scotland invites interested suppliers to complete the associated Request for Information (RFI) by 23rd October 2026, available here: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/t8zVN61jEx The RFI seeks market feedback on: Supplier capability and capacity to deliver a national hygiene paper products and dispenser solution. National dispenser replacement and implementation programmes. Dispenser interoperability and compatibility with equivalent consumables from multiple manufacturers. Contract duration and commercial models that support dispenser investment and transfer of asset ownership to NHS Scotland. Implementation timescales, risks and information requirements. Alternative solutions, innovation, sustainability opportunities and supply chain resilience. PSD Scotland may also undertake further supplier engagement activities, including supplier briefing sessions and/or individual supplier meetings, to inform the development of the procurement strategy and requirements. Participation in the market engagement process will not confer any advantage or disadvantage in any subsequent procurement exercise. Responses will be used solely to inform the development of the proposed procurement.
