Coverage: 0 active published awards; 0 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
Transport for the North (TfN) intends to commission support in developing a new Land Use and Transport Interaction (LUTI) model. The new model will be part of TfN's Analytical Framework and will provide key outputs in assessing wider economic benefits of the Northern Powerhouse Rail (NPR) Strategic Outline Case, to be delivered in a co-clienting arrangement between TfN and the Department for Transport (DfT). It would also aid understanding of how NPR would feed into the Government's "levelling-up" agenda.
