Coverage: 86 active published awards; 66 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Published-to-award variance compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

What is being bought
This service is required to deliver the tracking, monitoring and reporting of 16– 17 year olds, academic years 11 through to 13. The service provider will achieve this by undertaking activity surveys, maintaining and reporting to the Authority on the September Guarantee, maintaining and delivering the initial engagement and signposting of young people identified as being an early leaver, and referring young people to each borough’s NEET panel as appropriate. Additionally, through the collection of data focussed on students in academic years 10 to 11, who are recognised at risk of becoming NEET.
It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded for the duration of an initial three (3) years, with the option to extend for a further period of up to 24 months.
In July 2021, the Councils undertook a market engagement exercise. Information for the previous market engagement will be shared in the upcoming tender.
