This contract has now been formally modified.<br/><br/>North Central London Intergrated Care Board (NCL ICB) is the Co-ordinating Commissioner for this contract with Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust. <br/><br/>Decision was made by NCL ICB on 20th May 2025, as the Board agreed the system financial plan for 25/26. Contract Variation was signed by Frances O'callaghan, CEO. No conflicts were declared."
