Coverage: 10 active published awards; 3 bid reports (which may be per lot). Supplier values exclude multi-supplier awards, frameworks and DPS, and use GBP only. They are published award values, not payments. Price reduction compares single-lot, single-award, single-supplier GBP procedures with explicitly non-framework/non-DPS status; increases remain in the average. Unpublished data stays unknown. Awarded suppliers are winners, not all bidders.

Authoritatively process audit logs from specified systems to display dashboard information on user behaviour that enables the NHS Wales statutory organisations representative Information Governance leads the ability to understand specific behaviours via a dashboard. 2. Reference and integrate with NHS Wales systems to ingest and access audit logs via API connectivity and directly where necessary, referencing key national systems to validate the identity of patient and staff. This information should be attainable in real-time. 3. The application must be scalable and capable of integrating legacy connections and new requirements as they occur. 4. Host and deliver the solution on a cloud basis integrated with the DHCW network.
